Welcome to WaterLog. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaterLog, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

WaterLog is a mobile application designed to help users track their daily water intake and receive reminders to stay hydrated. The service includes:

• Water intake tracking and logging
• Customizable reminder notifications
• Historical data and progress charts
• Premium features (available through subscription)

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4.4 Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Advertisements

The free version of WaterLog displays advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to receive these advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the app in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

All content, features, and functionality of WaterLog, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of WaterLog and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaterLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available in the app and on our website. By continuing to use WaterLog after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
